什么是出口代理？

出口代理是自营出口的对称，出口企业接受其他企业的委托代为办理出口的一种贸易方式。

委托企业必须事先签订出口代理协议，受托企业经办出口代理业务，不垫付商品资金，不负担基本费用，不承担出口销售盈亏，仅收取手续费。



为什么要委托出口代理？

出口程序较为繁锁，牵扯环节较多，出口方稍有操作不慎，如无进出口权、信用证诈骗，信用证交单不符点，不会操作退税等就会产生严重的后果和经济损失。因此需要委托出口代理公司代为操作。



出口代理的主要流程是什么？


为便于操作，现将主要流程明确如下：

1、外商与被代理商确认好报价，被代理商得到外商订单，且双方互相确认其他各项条款后，被代理商把订单和报价单提供给我司，与我司签订《出口代理协议》;

2、根据业务需要与外商签订外贸出口合同或者出具形式发票(Proforma Invoice);

3、合同签订后，外商通过信用证(L/C)或者电汇(T/T)打款至千通国际，千通国际扣除代理费将相应货款付至被代理商指定帐户,被代理商收到货款后，在千通国际指定时间内开出增值税发票或者收据;

4、在FOB的条款下，被代理商将货物送至港口仓库，由千通国际进行订舱，协助安排出口报关等港前事宜;

在CIF的条款下，除了上述工作，千通国际还需安排货物装箱、并把货物运输至外商指定境外港口，船开后，及时联系船公司签发提单;

5、千通国际在进行货物出口操作时，会准备全套出口单据，在货物装船前交给报关员安排报关，在单证齐全，正常进港的情况下，当天即可完成报关放行；

6、船开后，我司整理全套提货单据(箱单、发票、提单、原产地证)，并开具应收账单，被代理商支付产生的拖车费、港口各项出口杂费、海运费和因此而产生的其他费用，款到帐后，千通国际放单;

7、被代理商将全套出口单据寄给国外，以便外商安排进口提货事宜;

8、我司安排后续核销退税事宜;

备注：与被代理商之间的操作配合还要视业务的具体情况而定;
